    三個月我們沒做肌力訓練、爆發力訓練及速度訓練!七鐵桿頭速度提升10mdh,飛行距離提升約15碼 在這間教室總是有許多振奮人心的時刻,讓人忍不住振臂歡呼。我想這就是,為什麼我如此熱愛這份工作的原因。(彷彿讓我想起看王建民紀錄片,在農場投出94mdh的那種爽感)然而這些看似的不可思議,背後是由許多科學、知識及努力所創造而成,沒有東西是一蹴而己,更沒有所謂magic pill。 x先生年紀不會比我大多少,對於高爾夫的熱愛,從他在來我這訓練之前,就已經找了許多知名訓練中心或教練就可以看得出來,整體的動作早有一定的基礎,但是對於距離仍十分不滿意。因此經過討論研擬目標後,訂立計畫,我們就開始了。 在Peter golfit Performance 我們相信,一切的運動表現都與身體本身有關,因此我們透過數項的功能性檢測及專項檢測,發現x先生在肩關節的活動度(肩胛肱骨節律)、胸椎旋轉活動度不足及呼吸失能,進而影響了上桿的蓄力動作。 記得在那個時候他會跟我抱怨上桿頭會晃,左肩會很卡。所以在這個階段,我們專注在活動度、呼吸核心啟動、動作控制相關的訓練上。活動度持續進步、本體感覺提升穩定性也自然增加了。大約花了一個半個月,印象他會跟我說已經可以做到想做的上桿動作了,而且左肩也不再卡卡的,擊球開始變扎實穩定,但距離實質提升其實不多,約五碼左右。 接著我們進入到了下一個階段,首先我們要知道他到底打多遠,揮多快呢? 最佳表現:桿頭速度:74.6mph/飛行距離:131.3yds 再接著我們做了三項,與高爾夫運動有高度相關的表現檢測(根據文獻)。很意外的數據如下: CMJ(反向跳): 52cm!!!!
