Yet another high-profile anti-vax/Q-Anon media influencer has died from COVID-19

Another popular anti-Vax influencer has now died of COVID-19 follwing QAnon conspiracy theorist Cirsten Weldon’s death two weeks ago.

Weldon used her streaming service and other social media platforms to spread misinformation about a variety of topics, with COVID-19 one of the most prominent. A frequent target of Weldon’s ranting and raving was Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Weldon joins the ranks of fellow conservative vaccine skeptics Phil Valentine, Marc Bernier, Doug Kuzma, and Pressley Stutts, who have now all died from COVID-19.

The Daily Beast reports:

Weldon, who was vehemently opposed to COVID-19 vaccination efforts, had previously recorded herself yelling at individuals waiting in line to get vaccinated and stated in a video that Anthony Fauci, chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden, “needs to be hung from a rope.”

In the weeks just prior to her death, she posted livestream video and clips from her show, “The True Cirsten W,” stating that she was exhausted and not feeling well. In a Facebook video dated December 27, 2021, Weldon said “Good morning patriots, I didn’t think I was going to make it. I’m sorry. I’m exhausted and I have no, I’m very, very weak. I have no strength. I haven’t eaten in four days.”

She was not heard from again until four days later, on New Year’s Eve, when she posted a picture of herself in a hospital bed and wearing an oxygen mask.

She claimed she was in the hospital for a case of “bacteria pneumonia” and that she had refused what she called “Dr. Fauci’s Resmedervir” treatment, though it isn’t clear what she meant by that or what she meant as later posts became increasingly filled with gibberish and typos. Her final post read “Praying God takes me out of here soon.”

The Daily Beast also reported that following Weldon’s death, some of her fellow QAnon influencers claimed they tried to stage an intervention to get her released from the hospital and that they threatened medical professionals caring for Weldon with violence.
