Why the health is it good for me?
Can Curcumin, the Main Substance of Tumeric Help Us Really That Good?
Let us take a closer look into the “Wonder Spice” Curcumin, as many people claim it to be.
I always have been a sceptical about “wonder cures” in the biggest part of my life, when you sick, you need a real medicine ..as it was taught me trough the years by mom and dad and so many others.
By growing older and having more life experience every year, like most of us should have 😉 I started question why we consume so much medicine, with the slightest symptom , we are popping a pill or something else.
Is there really nothing else, to cure us?
How did the people cure themselves before there were chemical medicines?
There is in Asia an amazing history about natural cures for many symptoms. They may work much slower as our western medicine, but they are less harmful for our bodies.
Isn’t it better to look after our health on a long term base?
When we still young and are rushing trough life, thinking we can’t afford to be sick, we need to work and make money, or we don’t want to miss that party or whatever, this makes us grab very fast to some medicine, just to get trough the day…and actually we are sacrificing bit by bit our health on a long term base….”paying the bill” when we got older!
That time that we want to start and finally enjoy life at our retirement, right?….if we still can and in what condition, that is the question..?
With some more medicine everyday maybe ..?
Where does this end?? I see some members of my family running around with a “ pillbox “, three in the morning for blood pressure, two in the afternoon for the stomach, another four in the evening for who knows what..?
Honestly, this scares me…a lot!
Then I saw this article : “Research has shown lower rates of certain cancers in countries where people eat more curcumin. This is at curcumin levels of about 100mg to 200mg a day over long periods of time.”
Ok…this means that there are benefits to eat curcumin everyday, if you have a lower risk to get cancer!
I saw my uncle dying from it, in a timespan of 6 months, I will never forget the last time I visited him, couple of days before he passed away …bless his soul. He was a strong guy, never sick and always smiling and funny, enjoying life, that is how I remember him! Sadly he left us way too fast.
I dedicated my time and energy doing an in depth research about Curcumin to learn more about it, to benefit my own health and the health of people I love and care about.
As I have a really big heart, I care about all of you, reading my article! 🙂

2. The use of Black Pepper to enhance the Anti — Inflammatory effects of Tumeric.
Curcumin is a natural anti-inflammatory spice that has been used for treating medical conditions for centuries.
Normally, inflammation is just your body’s natural response to things like injury, toxins and infections. It means your immune system is doing its job, destroying dangerous invaders and keeping you healthy. When you get sick or injured, and your immune system is called in for support, white blood cells rush to the scene. As more and more white blood cells show up, the area becomes tender, warm and swollen. That’s why it’s called “inflammation.”
What’s So Bad About Inflammation?
Well for many people, the problem with inflammation is that it doesn’t stop. Your immune system gets stuck on overdrive, and it starts to take a toll on your normal everyday bodily functions. This can affect your mood, stress, energy and metabolism. It can even cause your body to attack itself! When inflammation doesn’t stop like it should, your immune system can break down, which may increase your risk of dangerous health conditions.
Now, imagine a completely natural ingredient that helps soothe inflammation but without any negative side effects whatsoever. That’s exactly what turmeric does. Turmeric With BioPerine is totally safe for everyday use and contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties that help promote a healthy immune system response.
Several experimental and pharmacologic trials have demonstrated its effects in the role as an anti-inflammatory treatment. Curcumin has been shown to be effective in treating chronic conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, Alzheimer’s and common malignancies like colon, stomach, lung, breast, and skin cancers. As treatments in medicine become more and more complex, the answer may be sometimes closer the find as we think.
Mother earth has it all ready for us, right under our nose.
