Alright guys today was push day! I think I will leave my workout content here within the discord itself. Today is the first day of the workout week and naturally as such we start with a push! We follow a routine of Push, Pull, Legs. So far I have been on the routine for 3 weeks and am seeing some awesome results. This is the first of the daily versions coming out. Follow along if you like!
Next, is an exercise I hate, but build shoulders like a mofo. These shoulder presses will hurt tremendously if you are not stretched properly, or you are overcompensating the weight. Start off small with these and do 3 sets of 7.
Jumped over to the triceps push down machine. I pushed myself over the limit and did 30 on my first set and did 2 more sets of 10. Definitely started feeling it by the end.
I did 5×10 of the tricepts extension. When I first started doing this kind of exercise I didnt like it as much. Now that I have the form down I really really love doing these, and they make my arms look awesome! Look out @Savagewife
Lastly were the lateral shoulder raises, my mortal enemy. 5×10 of these bastards with make you wish you didnt even think about going to the gym. Knocked them out though!
