Obesity is a rising problem everywhere nowadays. More and more people are opting for weight reduction surgery. But this is a very extreme treatment for obesity, yet it has become more feasible than exercise. Most of the time, you tend to plan and plan, but you are unable to do exercises. All you would need is to keep some weights at home. It would be more preferable to use the kettlebell as they are easier to hold. Take two kettlebells in each hand. One can be of 24 kg, and the other can be of 16 kg. If you want, in the beginning, you can start with 12 kg and 20 kg. Pick up both the kettlebells at the same time all the while maintaining a straight posture. Do not bend your spine at any time. After picking them up stand straight, tighten your core and glutes, straighten your shoulder, and start walking. This stimulates all the muscles in the body at the same time. The name farmer’s walk has been derived which resembles when a farmer walks while balancing two buckets filled with water in each hand. If you do this exercise for five minutes, you will feel your heart rate increasing, and your metabolism will change for better.
Even if you have already undergone weight reduction surgery, you will still need to build your muscles. The loaded squat is nothing but doing squats using a kettlebell. Sit down on your haunches all the while keeping your hips and spine straight and pick up the weight you want to use. While maintaining this position start doing your squats. When you do squats, you will be working most of the muscles at the same time. So, doing this for five minutes can work wonder on your body.
Take out 5 minutes from your schedule preferably in the morning and do at least one of the exercise or both. Sometimes doing them with someone might feel less tedious. If you involve your family members or your roommates, your workout will feel less work and more fun. So, try and lose your weight by doing these workouts before you consult your doctor for weight reduction surgery.
