  • 2 teacups cooked mushrooms
  • 2 teacups fried anchovies (one man thousand)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 5 tablespoons cooked and chopped radishes
  • Cooked noodles
  • 2 teacups cooked Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Cama Instructions

  1. Mix the Brussels sprouts and chopped radishes.
  2. Add the pepper and salt and mix well.
  3. Heat the peanut oil.
  4. Fry the Brussels sprouts and radishes mixture.
  5. Add the noodles and mix.
  6. Add the mushrooms and anchovies.
  7. Allow to fry for 5 minutes.


Cook time: 45 minutes


  • 3 cups kidney beans
  • 1 teacup string beans
  • 10 tablespoons chopped raw onions
  • 10 tablespoons chopped raw tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 15 tablespoons lettuce
  • 15 tablespoons cooked cabbage
  • 15 tablespoons cooked carrots
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Foon Instructions

  1. Wash the kidney beans and then boil until soft and dry.
  2. Cook the string beans separately.
  3. Prepare a dressing with the vinegar, oil, and salt.
  4. Toss the cooked kidney beans and string beans into the dressing.
  5. Put the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with the lettuce, cabbage, and carrots and serve.


Cook time: 50 minutes


  • 1 full frozen chicken (without the skin)
  • 1 Ib chicken skin
  • 1 Ib boiled and shredded tilapia
  • 1 Ib boiled anchovies
  • ½ Ib bacon
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 10 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 10 tablespoons chopped raw tomatoes
  • 10 tablespoons Brussels sprouts
  • 10 tablespoons frozen French beans
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 lemon

Cas Instructions

  1. Wipe the chicken with the lemon.
  2. Singe it.
  3. Mince the chicken and bacon, and mix it with the tomatoes, onions, anchovies, and tilapia. Season well.
  4. Cut the chicken skin into small pieces. Add the Brussels sprouts and French beans. Mix well and add to the mixture in point 3 above.
  5. Add the beaten eggs and the baking soda.
  6. Pour the peanut oil into the mixture and put the mixture into baking cans.
  7. Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Decrease the heat and bake for another 15 minutes. Baste frequently.


Cook time: 15 minutes


  • 4 Ibs chopped grasscutter meat (or pork)
  • 5 teacups mushrooms
  • 5 tablespoons onions
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 cooked and chopped turnip
  • 5 tablespoons cooked cabbage
  • 10 medium-sized slices wheat bread
  • 5 tablespoons margarine
  • ¼ teaspoon powdered pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Mmre Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread.
  2. Heat the sunflower oil and fry the mushrooms in it for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the mushrooms and keep them hot. Let the oil you used to fry the mushrooms still remain on the fire.
  4. Fry the chopped onions in that same oil.
  5. When the onions become brown, add the chopped grasscutter meat (or pork), breadcrumbs, cabbage, turnip, and seasoning.
  6. Heat thoroughly.
  7. Pile the mixture on the toast and put the mushroom on top of it.
  8. Serve very hot.


Cook time: 30 minutes


  • Noodles
  • 5 Ibs fresh rabbit meat (or chicken)
  • 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 5 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 2 teacups cooked French beans
  • 3 tablespoons cooked eggplant
  • 5 tablespoons beet
  • 2 teaspoons safflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons canned tomato

Enwa Instructions

  1. Cook 3 packets of noodles.
  2. Heat the sunflower oil and fry the onions first.
  3. Then add the tomato and the rabbit meat.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the pepper, cooked eggplant, French beans, beet, orange juice, and breadcrumbs.
  6. Mix thoroughly and cook for another five minutes.
  7. Then add the noodles.
  8. Stir and allow to heat for 2 more minutes.


Cook time: 45 minutes


  • 1 large green papaya
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Juice of ¼ of a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ¾ Ib pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Bofre Instructions

  1. Cut the papaya into cubes.
  2. Simmer with water, sugar, cinnamon and lemon until it becomes tender.
  3. Put the mixture in a pie-dish (or a casserole).
  4. Use the butter, flour, pineapple, salt, and some of the water to make a pastry.
  5. Cover the mixture in the pie-dish with the pastry.
  6. Bake in a moderately hot oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Dredge with the sugar.
  8. Serve hot.


Cook time: 40 minutes


  • 7 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated coconut
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • ½ teacup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • I heaped teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Coco Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Beat the egg and add milk to it.
  3. Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder together.
  4. Add water, grated coconut and flour alternately.
  5. Mix until it becomes stiff.
  6. Make into rocky heaps on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
